Influence Files Abuse Lawsuit Against Andrew Tate In Solana Meme Coin Files

The design and bitcoin aficionado behind SISTER, a Solana joke coin launched in June of last year, Brina” Bri” Stern, has officially filed a lawsuit against controversial web personality Andrew Tate in Los Angeles.

Tate allegedly assaulted her at the Beverly Hills Hotel on March 11. On Thursday night, Stern took to social media to reveal details of her claims.

Beverly Hills authorities did not respond to Decrypt’s ask for feedback and validation right away. Stern on X and Tate’s American legal members at McBride Law reached out to Decrypt.

On X, Stern said,” We met because he wanted designs for his bitcoin coin, and he promised to help me protect my crypto coin$ SISTER.”

The lawsuit accuses Tate of sexual assault, battery, and female assault during his 10-month marriage with Stern, according to and the media reports.

Public records have not yet seen a electronic copy of the petition. The lawsuit apparently seeks unspecified legal and punitive damage.

The lawsuit was a “blatant money grab,” according to Tate’s authorized representatives from McBride Law in New York, and it was meant as a “desperate attempt” to abuse their client, according to Tate’s attorneys.

Stern will be represented by Buzbee Law, one of the law firms representing the alleged victims of Sean” Diddy” Combs.
