As the social press giant stares down a U.S. deadline to sell or disappear, Tim Stokely, the chairman of OnlyFans, has collaborated with the HBAR Foundation to make a late-stage pay to get TikTok.

According to Reuters, Stokely’s fresh venture, Zoop, and the HBAR Foundation, which manages the government of the Hedera bitcoin, submitted a bid to make an offer for TikTok’s U.S. activities. &nbsp,

Trump put off enforcing the law until April 5 to allow for a re-examine the safety implications and the possibility of finding a client.

Working with a lineup of tech titan, private equity firms, and VC people looking to acquire a piece of the TikTok empire, Vice President J. D. Vance is apparently spearheading the search for a client or direct investment.

The likes of Microsoft, Walmart, and Oracle are just a few of the other companies that have previously expressed interest in buying TikTok. This week, Amazon also submitted a last-minute bid. &nbsp,

Alexis Ohanian, a co-founder of Reddit, and her proposal to integrate TikTok into blockchain infrastructure, made an announcement in March about the platform’s acquisition. Elon Musk’s rumor that he would take over the platform was labeled as “pure fiction” in January.
