Sonic SVM, the creator of the TikTok tap-to-earn sport SonicX, announced it will update SONIC currencies on the Solana bitcoin to all new players who have signed up for the game.

Although it is not an officially licensed match, the game encourages players to repeatedly touch a key on their monitor to make items in-game, purchase power-ups, and recommend friends to move up the rankings. The game features artwork that resembles that of Sega’s Sonic the Hedgehog.

After launching in October, SonicX needed only over a quarter to reach one million people because it was the first TikTok tap-to-earn sport. The app claims to have welcomed an additional one million users since then, benefiting from a straightforward recruitment process that doesn’t need users to create or signal transactions.

With millions of Telegram users playing games like Hamster Kombat and Notcoin, Tap-to-earn has become a standout genre in Web3 gaming this year and rewarding them with a token airdrop via The Open Network ( TON ). Notcoin‘s airdrop which was worth nearly$ 3 billion at its peak. &nbsp,

An Sonic SVM representative says that a snapshot of the Sound token has not yet been taken, so new users who have signed up for the airdrop on TikTok may still be available. People are just required to log in via TikTok, which generates a budget for them in the background to make for the resupply.

Sonic SVM is a Solana layer-2 system built for cryptocurrency game. It now plays host to more than 20 games and NFT projects with almost 750, 000 regular effective addresses. &nbsp,

The project intends to combine various games onto the system for distribution via TikTok by creating a chain using its SonicX app layer. It just announced a collaboration with Mahjong Verse to provide its Mahjong123 sport to SonicX’s application layer.
