CME Group announced on Thursday that it would start listing XRP prospects on its derivatives platform for customers on May 19.

Users can commerce both a micro- and large-sized contracts worth 2,500 XRP with the new product.

Business participants continue to look to controlled derivatives products to control risks across a wider variety of tokens as technology in the online resource landscape continues to advance, according to Giovanni Vicioso, CME Group’s global head of cryptocurrency products, in a statement.
