Hawk Tuah Girl, the popular viral feeling Haliey Welch, made a comeback this week with the return of her Speak Tuah podcast, which was the first show since December 2024.
Welch said,” It’s been a hot second since we’ve been up here.”
Welch has been lying low ever since the image coin that bears her name was created.  ,
She promoted the Solana-based HAWK launch in December, which soared to a$ 490 million market cap before falling 93 % in minutes.  ,
A spokesperson for Welch has made the decision to leave the$ HAWK project. She will no longer get involved with the promotion or support of the coin because” Welch and Memetic Labs LLC have vehemently agreed to this isolation.”
Welch deactivated her social media accounts dimly in the wake of the collapse, which sparked a lot of backlash. A February audio episode was slowly published and immediately deleted.
YouTuber KSI, true name Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, who has a record of crypto conflicts, was her first guest since her return.  ,
Both made references to their tumultuous experience in the public eye, though neither immediately touched crypto.
Olatunji said,” I’ve been here for so much, I’ve had my ups and downs and my dooooooowns.” People will use and abuse you in this [influencer ] industry, they say,” You just have to roll with the punches and just stay consistent.”
Welch said,” I found that out the tough way.”
Olatunji added that there would always be enemies. He claimed that “it’s only noise.”
According to allegations dating up to 2021, Olatunji claimed to have promoted crypto tasks like XCAD Network and Ethernity Chain to his followers before allegedly dumping tokens immediately afterward. He has recently denied this.
Welch is also dealing with the repercussions of her own crypto tragedy, however. She had previously been under inspection by the Securities and Exchange Commission, despite making public her willingness to help with a civil lawsuit brought against the stock’s designers. Since then, that research has been concluded.
The HAWK gift is also subject to legal scrutiny. The Tuah the Moon Foundation, Clinton But, influence Alex” Doc Hollywood” Schultz, and crypto rocket overHERE are all targets of the ongoing civil complaint. Welch is no listed in the lawsuit as a respondent.
Olatunji has received inquiries for remark.
