has publicly integrated on-chain forecast industry software Host into its page, with readers now able to make predictions on embedded markets straight within stories.
Launched by ‘s family business DASTAN, MYRIAD is the creation of and Rug Radio’s connected media habitat, integrating on-chain forecast markets into news stories and father content.
From today, users will be able to communicate with Host prediction markets immediately on without having to get the MYRIAD website improvement.
” The goal is to have areas that are very important to the content, enhancing the user knowledge”, said DASTAN co-founder and COO Ilan Hazan. The release of fully integrated forecast areas on represents a” first move towards entirely rethinking the business model for media”, he added.
A “reciprocal culture” for visitors
Speaking at Consensus 2025 in February, DASTAN co-founder and President Farokh Sarmad explained that MYRIAD’s active participation type realigns bonuses in the media habitat, “from the middle up up”. Historically, he said,” the person who’s gotten the least amount of value from media is the reader, and it should start from there. It’s supposed to be top down”.
With the launch of USDC markets on MYRIAD earlier this month, its ecosystem rewards users for making accurate predictions, and provides a new revenue stream for publishers and creators.
At Consensus, DASTAN CEO Loxley Fernandes explained that the platform creates a “reciprocal environment”, incentivizing readers to “participate in the creation of the news cycle and help us find sources of truth”.
” The goal for since we created it has been to go beyond covering the crypto and Web3 space, and actually integrate the technology into our offering”, Hazan said. He added that,” We’re really proud to be leading the way in transitioning away from extractive business models, towards one where the value in the system will be evenly distributed among advertisers, publishers and creators”.
